Minimum Order Requirements

The minimum opening order requirement for new accounts is $500 net (wholesale cost of goods ordered). The minimum reorder requirement is $150 net (wholesale cost of goods ordered). All products must be ordered in "min qty" where listed. All orders will be rounded to the nearest minimum quantity. Please account for this when placing your order, otherwise there may be a delay in processing your order.

Deactivation Policy

Natural Life Retail Partners must purchase a minimum of $150 of current Natural Life product annually to remain an active account. Once an account is deactivated, the account must be re-qualified as an authorized retailer. Partners who wish to reactivate an account must meet the minimum reorder requirement of $150 and comply with all New Account Guidelines.

General


Retailer is only authorized to sell at retail locations approved by Natural Life. Any new locations must be approved by Natural Life before product can be sold.

The retailer agrees that Natural Life retains the right, in Natural Life's sole discretion, to terminate accounts, reject orders, and revoke access to Natural Life's products and services at any time, with or without cause, without prior notice or explanation, and without liability to the retailer. The retailer retains the right to terminate the account but must pay Natural Life for all product shipped to the retailer.

Prices

All prices listed on this website are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices may change at any time without notice.

Merchandising Standards

Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price is to be maintained; refer to retail pricing on our website for MSRP. Only Natural Life product may be displayed on Natural Life fixtures.

Payment Terms

Natural Life accepts checks and credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as payment for goods. All first orders must be paid by credit card. Future orders can be paid via credit card prior to shipping goods, or net 30 terms, if all required credit information is obtained and approved. Please note that payments toward a term balance made by credit card will incur a 3% service charge. Term payments made by check or wire transfer will not incur a fee. The first order for all new accounts must be paid in full otherwise no other orders will be released for shipment.

Domestic Accounts Terms

All first orders must be paid with credit card. Request for terms will not be reviewed until the customer’s first order has shipped. A Natural Life application must be completed for all accounts requesting terms. If credit is approved, terms are net 30 days from date of invoice. No discount is offered for early payment. Hospitals, colleges, certain large hotel chains, and other large chain stores may be exempt from completing a Natural Life credit application; however, a credit reference document with the accounts payable contact must be obtained prior to terms being granted. All new accounts are required to have:
  1. Account Application
  2. Billing address of Company
  3. Shipping address of Company
  4. Email address to send invoices
  5. Contact information Primary or Billing
  6. Resale certificate (see Resale Certificate for Sales Tax)

International Accounts Terms:Natural Life does not offer terms on International orders. Therefore, they must pre-pay for their goods via wire transfer. International orders are defined as shipments outside the 50 U.S. states.

Process to Grant Terms


Natural Life utilizes Smart Business Report to obtain credit scores for Companies applying for terms. SBR provides access to business credit information on more than 27 million credit-active businesses in the United States securely.
Credit scores below 20% (out of 100%) are not granted terms. A credit committee was established to review customers whose terms have been denied by the Credit Manager.

Resale Certificate for Sales Tax


The retailer agrees to provide Natural Life with current Resale Certificate(s) in order to receive tax exempt treatment on orders. Expired Resale Certificate(s) will not be honored. Some states require a separate Resale Certificate for each location within a state (if you have multiple locations within a state). If this is the case, please send Natural Life a separate Resale Certificate for each location within such state.

  1. If you are located in the State of Florida, please e-mail your current Resale Certificate to resale@naturallife.com.
  2. If you have stores in more than one state, we will need a valid Resale Certificate number for each Ship to State.
  3. Currently, the following states do not require Resale Certificates: Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, and Oregon

Florida Jurisdiction

Retailer expressly consents to jurisdiction in Florida, and agrees not to contest or object to jurisdiction in Florida. Retailer consents and agrees to venue in St. Johns County, Florida.

Shipping Terms

All orders are shipped FOB from Jacksonville, FL. Most small packages ship via USPS. Once orders have left the warehouse and been delivered to the United States Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx facilities and the customer has been notified that the order has been shipped, Natural Life will have completed their shipping responsibilities. Any loss and/or delay during transit is the responsibility of the customer and the carrier used to ship the order.

Freight Policy


Freight charges are added to the invoice, unless otherwise agreed in advance. Product is shipped using a carrier of our choice unless otherwise agreed in advance. Orders shipped to the following states will receive a 15% freight cap: AZ, CA, CO, ID, MT, NV, NM, OR, and UT. Orders shipping to AK and HI will receive a 20% freight cap. Backorders with a value greater than $50, freight is charged in full with the carrier of our choice. Backorders with a value of $25-$50 freight shipping to the 48 contiguous United States are capped at 15% of the total backorder value. Backorders between $25-$50 shipping to AK and HI are capped at 20% of the total backorder value. Backorders with a value of less than $25 will be cancelled.

Return Policy

  1. All sales are final and we do not accept returns for wholesale merchandise.
  2. Any claims for shortages, damages or defective merchandise must be made with 14 days of receipt of goods by contacting Customer Experience at 800.884.3856 or info@naturallife
  3. Returns may be requested for over shipment of product within 14 days of receipt of goods.
  4. If the Customer Experience teams approves a return, a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number will be emailed to the purchaser. The RMA should be printed and included inside the box with a shipping label affixed to the outside of the box provided. A credit to the customer account will be issued upon receipt of the returned product only if Customer Experience approved the return prior to it being shipping back to Natural Life.
  5. Unauthorized returns will be refused by Natural Life.
  6. Product must be in original packaging, unused, in new/original condition for returns to be accepted. If product is returned not in new/original condition or with prices or ticket applied, there will be a 20% chargeback fee applied to your return.
  7. All items marked with sale prices are FINAL SALE items. RMAS will not be approved for sale items.
  8. Intellectual Property

    Use of any mark or image requires prior written consent from Natural Life.

    Online Selling Policy

    Selling Natural Life product directly from third-party online retailers or any online market places (such as www.amazon.com and www.ebay.com) is prohibited unless the retailer has received prior written approval from Natural Life. Retailers can apply to sell on their own website(s), as well as, their brick and mortar retail stores by filling out the account application for approval.
